rainy
I have a Capital One CO that has been sent to a CA Arrow Financial Service. I sent them a DV letter over 30 days ago and have not heard back from them. I getting ready to send them letter 2 but have a few questions and I think I have them on a few violations.Since then they have sent me 3 settlement letters. Isn't this considered continued collection and a violation? Also I disputed with the CRAs and each came back verified. If only Capital One shows on my report and not the CA are they supposed to mark capital one as in dispute or only if the CA has a TL? Either way nothing is showing in dispute and I believe this is a violation. What should be my next steps?thanks
Josh Mcgrath
they didnt answer your DV. That is a violation because the settlement letters are collection activity.
