MeanWS6
In my attempt to clean up multiple derogatory errors on my CR, I received a letter back from Experion stating “remains.” I am going to once again write an even firmer letter demanding that they correct the error. But what is the general rule of thumb as far as time between disputes gos to avoid red flags? How long before I can dispute again?

retmar
You can dispute as soon as you get the previous results. If they said it remains, it is due to the reporting party claiming the account is yours. Remember, all that is done when you dispute as "Not Mine", the reporting party only checks the name, address, and SS# to verify. As to your writing a "firmer" letter will not give you any more of a positive response. You could send them another dispute letter reminding them of the first and the results, then request how they arrived at their response. Or, you could send another new dispute attacking another part of the TL, such as the "Balance Owed". Then, if it comes back verified again, attack another part of the TL. Lastly, if you are not going to attempt any new credit at this time, you could wait until Thanksgiving, beginning of CHOD, and send a new dispute.
