badcreditsucks
HI. I'm new to this forum, but I have been reading posts for about three weeks though, and have obtained a lot of information from this forum. I already have 4 deletions with Equifax under my belt ! My question is: I checked inquires on PG and it shows that Dillards made 10 inquiries, dated from 1-25-03 through 05-26-03. Should I send them a letter and ask for removal of those inquiries? Granted, at the time I knew I was going to file BK and I stopped paying them, but I still think their inquiries were a bit excessive. Help Please... morrow
Hello and welcome! Actually, if you have/had and account with them, then technically they have whats called "permissable purposes" to run an account review, giving you the inquiry(s).But yeah, I would say 10 in that short period of time is a lil bit excessive. EQ is rather easy to get inquiries removed and if I were you I would just drop em a letter asking them to remove them.Good luck and let us know what happens!
