MeanWS6
I have multiple derogs with all three CRA’s. When disputing, should I just focus on one derog TL until it is resolved, or can (should) I repeatedly dispute multiple TL’s each month.
Guest jeeptravel
I send out multiple disputes to all three at one time. I have heard you should do only half of yours at a time, but I don't follow that process. In my experience, a credit union is the hardest to remove lates from. They have individuals dealing with these for the most part.Right now I am looking at the results of an investigation via EQUIFAX and I see two things as removed fro my report and two others changed to reflect "pays as agreed." The other three were verified by the company and left "Unchanged." (All with a credit union)Hope my experience helps answer the question a little.JT
morrow
Just shoot for all or nothing. Otherwise, it could take a LONG time and end up costing you a fortune. (CMRRR).
Ravenous Wolf
I dispute everything all at once although I dispute each item individually.I only use certified letters when it is really important and I need green cards. Everything else goes by a 37-cent stamp. There are many times that I send out like a dozen letters to a single CRA each month.
retmar
I disputed every item in each letter I sent, including name and address matters. Not once was a letter sent CMRR to the CRA. Except for 4 matters, everything was handled on each occasion. The 4 were later handled. Again, it is still entirely up to you.
