goingunder
Can you tell me, for the State of Pennsylvania, can a CA or OC garnish wages... or tell me where to look please?Thank you. So, if someone gets a judgement against you, and they cannot garnish wages, it's just there on your CR until you go to sell your house or something? Totally do not understand a "judgement".... and if they will garnish your wages. Thanks in advance.
