What's the best way to follow up with this? I know for a fact that several negatives on my report are related to incorrect names and I want them off! Help! What do I do now?Thanks! Guest jeeptravel Posted October 13, 2004 Report Share Posted October 13, 2004 If you have the oter attempts on record, I'd contact the FTC. Have you tried calling the CRA? I have found them to be fairlt inept at most requests, but this seems like a no brainer. Don't forget to tell them you are contacting the FTC and intend to sue if the false address and name info is not fixed like YESTERDAY!
