ed33
Hi allI know I read a thread on this in here, but I can't find it now. Could someone either point me to the thread or give me some feedback? I received a green card back without a signature or any other information about the recipient. When I go online to track it, it just gives the date and time it was delivered at the address. Can I consider this valid proof of receipt by a CA? anti-something
its good enough, print out the page from the USPS website, it has the same number, so it all matches up. and staple it together so neither gets lost.

Methuss
File a complaint with your postmaster at your local PO. You paid for a signature receipt so the USPS has an obligation to provide you with one.
