I dont understand the first part of you question...could you please clarify?

What time line are you referring to?

As far as the comments section, if you are referring to the section where the OC/CA lists any comments...I dont think you can dispute those. I think the information they contain has to do with the account in question.(i hope that makes sense...im tired..lol)

What does it say that you wanna dispute it?

By time line I was referring to the portion of the CR that contains the 30-60-late circles...It is probably referred to as something else. Basically since EXperian refused to verify a second time on my "was never late" I was wondering if they would on some other portion of the report.....say the comments section... I could dispute with a resonable expectation that they would re-verify...I have several accounts that have a 0 balance but were paid off 30 days late due to re-fi closing delays.

I agree with katwoman. Contact the reporting parties by CMRR that the late was due to your refi not being processed as promised, thus, resulting in the lates. In short, your lates were due to the actions of ABC Lending not fulfilling their promise of having funds available in time to assure all monies due were paid on time. You get the idea. That would be the best way to go after the deletions.
