Willywonka
Hello all, heard about this site through a friend a couple month back and decided to try my hand at fixing a few negative things on my credit (It's been a big help in understanding how the whole process works)...Anyways I read the sticky "credit repair 101" and I followed it as best as possible. I sent off letters to all 3 CRA's disputing 3 negative accts on my report. I got a reply back from transunion and I wanted to know if this is normal. Is there suppose to be a follow up letter from them? or what should be my next step after recieving this? This is a scanned letter of what i recieved:http://img98.exs.cx/img98/329/transunion.jpg**edit thanx jeeptravel it should display now. goodmank
Yes they send this one first. Do not respond. They should finish the investigation in 30 days and send you the results.

bluealex915
Willy,Keep this letter in a file or safe place until your investigation is resolved. This is your proof that the CRA got your letter as well as any certified mail receipts. It is just another peice of proof that you have on the CRA in the event that you have to take them to court.Like goodmank said, never respond to this letter or you might end up giving the CRA additional time to finish your investigation.
