badcreditsucks
Hello everyone. I disputed an MBNA account with CRA. Came back verified (WTF)...this account was IIB, however MBNA did not acknowledge that. What should my next step be? Should I send them a letter stating that they were IIB and demand that the TL be changed within a certain time period (10-15 days for example)? retmar
If you have absolute proof on Court Documents that they were included, then compose a very stern letter pointing this out to them. Be sure to cite the respective laws and include copies of the documents. If no response, send them an ITS. Both must be sent by CMRR.
