Confusion from Fingerhut

Disputed lates on my Fingerhut account via PFB letter in September. Letter sent from consumer affairs on Oct 6 stating account would be corrected to reflect no lates. Now received letter dated October 21 from credit services that the account was reporting correctly and the lates would stay. I'm confused. I have copies of my statements and these were electronic posts to the account that on these lates were max 5 days late. One month the payment was kicked back because the direct deposit codes were changed. I had noticed that fingerhut went from Axsys bank to Fingerhut Credit Advantage. Should I PFB corporate office again and ask what's up?
