anti-something
not if you get the agreement in writing (from someone who IS authorised to say so) that the amount settled upon is considered a full settlement of the account and the account is considered payed in full. anti-something
i dont believe it matters what state you are in, the important part is the document, signed by a person who has the authority, stating it is payed in full.
Chancy949
remember that a settlement is just as bad as a collection. See if you can get them to delete it or put "paid as agreed"IMHO
