DRS Crooks help!!!!

Not only did these crooks refuse to validate (at the 50 day mark from green card now), but they relisted the invalid debt a second time ( just jumble the acct number) giving my fico a serious nosedive into the abyss.

Please help me find the code in FCRA, FCDPA for the following violations

1) refusing to validate but continuing to report

2) listing the same debt twice

3) pulling a copy of my credit report without my permission.

4) DOLA violation since the actual debt is over 7 yrs old and wway beyond SOL however DRS has updated DOLA to the same time they

pulled my CR

I have used the techniques on this board to remove TL from one CRA I would appreciate any help on this matterin similar fashion.
