TrueCredit/TransUnion-Difference in way TL is being reported

When I order my TU report online it comes from TrueCredit. One of my TLs states on the online report that the account is "Current." However, when I receive a snail mail copy of my TU report after submitting a dispute, I see that that same TL reports 120+ Days Past Due. This TL is for an account sold to a JDB and which I subsequently paid. The JDB is not reporting, only the OC. My question is why do the online TrueCredit report and "hard copy" snail mail report differ? I always thought whatever appeared on TrueCredit was exactly what appeared on the TransUnion version. Anyone know?
