Sent out second dv ltr.. evidentally the ca got the mailman to just hand it over without a sig. Because the card came back, no sig. I tried to track it online.. and it is not showing being delivered (I guess because it wasn't signed for?). So, what do I do now? Is this dv still valid? Can I still hold these jerks responsible?
