Chancy949 Posted November 26, 2004 Report Share Posted November 26, 2004 My friend that worked for the BBB told me that Attorneys in OK have a special law that is ON TOP OF the FDCPA and so on that you can sue them under for all of their shenanigans. HE HE ... I'm going after a firm in Broken Arrow for a friend. They told him if he didn't pay the debt he could go to jail if he didn't do what the judge said. They haven't sued him.
