ggluvbug
i listed my judgement and my husband's judgement in my chod letter so i am hoping that the time works to my advantage and i won't have to worry about it, but i am trying to come up with an alternate plan to get rid of the bankruptcy and the judgements off my credit report.i have heard about requesting that the judgements be vacated. my husband was never served papers so he didn't know about the judgement until his paycheck was garnished. i was served, but did not attend...lots of personal things going on. is there a chance they could get vacated on these grounds???? anyone else have luck with this?also, my strategy on the bankruptcy is to get everything that says bankruptcy removed and then contest the bankruptcy.( about half of the bankrupcystuff says charge off on the credit report) i read a strategy about requesting physical records, etc...to make it hard to verify. anyway, i know this will take some time. has anyone had luck with getting a bankruptcy removed? miracle
Welcome ggluvbug!! First of all.. I would suggest searching everything you are questioning on the search. read up in the BK and Judgement forums.. I think that is the best place to start! Best of luck! -Jenn
