Cleugers Posted November 30, 2004 Report Posted November 30, 2004 I just have to tell this, one of the things on my credit report is an account for Marks and Morgan it says it was opened in 1995 I have never had an account with these people if I did I would have nice Jewlry which I do not. They are reporting that I have a 3,000 balance and that my last payment was in 2001 and the date of last activity was in 2000 now whats wrong with this picture. If I would have made a payment in 2001 how do they get that the date of last activity was in 2000. These people crack me up they can't even get their lies straight when reporting a bogus account. I will get them off my report or else I will sue them.

So I emailed and called and pointed out the blatant misinformation.. took a month but it mysteriously disappeared... Dumb CRA's!!! Good luck! -Jenn
