hendu
On 09/12/04, I sent a dispute investigation to EXP, CMRRR, for one item on my credit report. They never responded. On 11/01/04, I sent a "no-response" letter, CMRRR, demanding deletion. On 11/17/04, I received the "no-response" letter back in the mail. The post office returned the "no-response" letter because EXP's post box had changed from 9595 to 9701. I was very pissed to say the least. Well, on 11/19/04, I sent the letter right back to them CMRRR. The problem is I threw away the returned envelope!!!!! Anyway, yesterday, they sent me an update that said that they have already verified this item!!!! I HAVE NEVER DISPUTED THIS ITEM! Do I have a case still, even though I threw away the envelope telling me that their PO BOX had changed? I still have the two CMRRR from my initial dispute back on 09/12 and the "nr" letters sent on 11/01 and 11/19. TIA!
