chaberek Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Hey!I'm trying to remove collection from my CR wich belongs to original creditor(National Credit).Its about$800 for my gym fees, which I couldn't use due to the moving to the different state.I called'em up, said I would pay the full balance in exchange of removing my acc from CRs.The rep told me they cannot do it.I have asked for a manager, talked to him and he said the same thing. More- he accused me of lying and intend to manipulate the CR, which is unacceptable.My question is : are they really unable to remove this listing or changing the stautus of the TL?Please help- having this acc paid and reported as paid coll. is not going to help.
DocDon Posted December 4, 2004 Report Posted December 4, 2004 Accused you of lying about what? The manager just happens to know more about credit than you do? HAHAHAHAThey can remove it just as easy as they put it on.If this gym has a headquarters, take your issue up with them.
