grasshopper
I pulled all three credit reports about a year ago to discover NCO was listing a medical bill on EX and TU. I wrote NCO a nastygram telling them the account was in fact paid in full to the OC, I never had any contact/dealings with NCO, and I demanded they delete the tradelines from the reports. NCO wrote back and supplied copies of their 'removal form' telling the CRAs to delete, and I thought the story had a happy ending.I pulled reports from all three again this year, only to discover that within a week of their 'removal letter,' they added the account to EQ (where it was not listed last year) with the notation 'consumer disputes' underneath. Is this legal? What do I do now?Grasshopper
