I have had 1 TU delete & 1 EQ delete.. it showed up on PG today. I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed. But, I'll gladly take what I can get. Of course, they are not due back for a couple of weeks.

miracle Posted December 6, 2004 Report Posted December 6, 2004 I got my first response back (disputed CMRRR) and TU sent the "we don't investigate inquiries" letter. Even though that was only one of the things I disputed. I am going to hang out till my 35 days are up just in case. I hear sometimes they still delete anyway. Then go from there. Still haven't heard from Experian or Equifax yet.
UnrulyJulie Posted December 7, 2004 Report Posted December 7, 2004 I haven't heard from EQ or TU yet. EX would not delete my BK (I know those are hard to get rid of), and the other 3 disputes are still listed as "pending". I sent my EQ & TU disputes CMRRR, and EX was done online.

bluealex915 Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 Nothing as of yet, I sent out 13 CHOD letters so I really hope I get at least one deletion out of it. I forked out 27.00 dollars for certified mail so if I can get one it would have been worth it to me.
gprncss Posted December 8, 2004 Report Posted December 8, 2004 No luck with my inquiries , I said creditor agrees to remove, maybe I should have said unauthorized TU said the same BS "We don't investigate inquiries.." and they refuse to re-investigate a collection that is not even mine (reported them to the FTC!) Got one of my charge offs taken off all 3, EX and TU also deleted a second charge-ff , nothing from EQ yet, 30 days is not up yet so I'm just waiting to see.
