Rezin
I got a denial from Patelco in the mail today. Said the reason for denial was public record, and this comes from Experian/TU.Well, Patelco showed up on my Exp (as planned) for a hard pull, but not for TU (Where the judgement is)Thought it was odd to be denied due to a judgement from a diff bureau... Just wanted to share............
edubb007
That judgement might be showing on both reports. I have heard that the reports the creditor is more advance than the ones offered to us. I might be wrong but maybe someone else knows!
Rezin
Well, I sure hope not.... I kow years ago I had a jugement on my EQ that I got removed after disputing it, and that was only on EQ. Then, 2 months later, this one shows up (Same company, I assume it's for the same debt, but its a much smaller amount ($2700 vs the original 7k...) edubb007
Whens the last time you pulled your EQ? You should definitely send for your free denial credit report from EQ using the number on your letter of denial. You might find something there you haven't seen. Possibly reinsertion or a new Judgement. I hope not. Keep us posted. If reinsertion look into 5 day rule in FCRA.L8R!
