I filed a bankr- but I kept this loan seperate and paid it off in full, and it's being reported as included in bankr-, which is incorrect. I called the place where the loan was from and spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. what steps should I take? The other loan I kept was for a car, but since the bankr- was filed they stopped reporting payments, so on my credit report it shows no payment since sept 2003. I called these people and they said there was nothing they could do, could anyone help?
