c m chase Posted December 8, 2004 Report Share Posted December 8, 2004 1. If it's only an authorized user acct, you AREN'T responsible for it. You can send a letter (I always recommend cmrrr letters!!) stating that you are only an authroized user and aren't responsible for the debt...and ask them to delete it from your file. However, if the account is all positive, it's probably best to leave it on your file. 2. Doesn't matter...you can dispute it either way. If it's been so long, it might come off anyway.
