creditcardcory Posted December 8, 2004 Report Share Posted December 8, 2004 I have sent letters to EX, EQ & TU disputing inquiries. Results:EX took them all off; 24 of them disputed in one letter. TU took 4 off and sent a BS letter; I've responded with another letter, certified. EQ did not respond at all; I've sent another letter, certified. All first letters were not certified.My score with EX jumped 20 points - so much for the info on their website that says inquiries don't lower your score.Has anyone had luck with TU and EQ? I was going to spread the word on how I was able to get Peoples Gas to change late payments reported to the CB; however I noticed that they were only changed on EX & EQ so I will have to get it removed from TU before I could say if it worked or not.
