c m chase Posted December 8, 2004 Report Share Posted December 8, 2004 They could have been totally wrong, but I asked my court clerk about this part and she looked utterly confused. She ended up saying that statutory damages alone couldn't be filed in Small Claims Court. I'd go up to your clerk's desk, be super nice, and ask them about it.
