mzjazzyazz Posted December 9, 2004 Report Posted December 9, 2004 but collections dept says I have no debt. What do to now? According to customer service, I don't owe anything. Collections dept. say they can mail a letter but it won't be signed, it will only be on PG&E letterhead.
miracle Posted December 9, 2004 Report Posted December 9, 2004 Get a copy of the letter anyway and sent a copy to ex. They should remove it. EX probably didn't really verify (which is not uncommon)Getting a copy of the letter to the CRA is probably the best way to take care of it..

Our records indicate your accounyt is now a zero balance. It is not signed or anything. Its just on company letterhead.
