Motormouth
Hi.I've sent a DV to a CA and they sent back what they called validation. it's actually just some bills typed up in Microsoft Word. I sent back a letter saying that wasn't enough proof etc etc. The green card from the 2nd letter hasn't come back yet. I sent it on November 22nd and the CS is just across town. Should I resend it? Just wait for a while longer? or contact the post office? Thanks for your advice!DF

Motormouth
Thanks DocPC - i had no idea I could do that .They say it was attempted to be delivered and notice was left. It also said it would be returned to me if they can't deliver. I'll wait until I get it back I suppose. Is it some kind of violation that they won't accept the letter? Thanks again!DF
DocPC
Just keep it unopened. Let the Judge open it when you sue then.
