start-over
Hi When you file it is a snapshot of your situation at this moment, correct?the reason I ask the is because I am on workers comp (no taxed, no insurance, considered a "benifit".) to me it is seeming that I have more money now then when I am working. I asked the lady in payroll to send me my paystub to add up the ytd income. I travel for my job so basically I have two households. If my month to month before the accident is less then my current, will they take that into consideration. the reason I ask all this is that it seems that we are having to "adjust" my expences to make it possible to file fore ch7.ill just leave it as this and see what ???s come up from the board. LadynRed
You answered your own question - no taxes or insurances are being withheld form your WC check, so naturally you seem to have more money. Yes, your schedules are a 'snapshot' of your finances when you file. So if you go back to work as before, your disposable income would be even less due to normal taxes, etc.
