bluealex915
I guess the title says it all. Has any other member ever known of a CRA just not to show up. I am suing Experian in small claims in my state, I guess they would have to fly a lawyer to Utah to represent them right? I am not counting on that they will be a no show but was wondering what the likelyhood of that would be?Thanks.....................

They'd simply hire an attorney in your area to represent them. When I sued EX in US District court, they retained Jones Day here in Atlanta. We settled though. bluealex915
Leadhead,So they hired a local attorney and you settled. I know you probibly can't talk about the specifics but my question is did they settle at the time of the trial or was it prior to the trial? Well, either way I will be ready for them.Thanks..........................
