creditcardcory
Experian is on top of things this season. They received my CHOD on 12/7 and I already have a response, three actually, on each of my diputes. They were postmarked 12/8.

workinninetofive
I didn't even have anything with EX (previously disp).. didn't want to get that lame ltr. So, I spent my time sending to others. That was super fast. Was it in your favor? I'm guessing no by the speedy investigation. Who in the hell can really research something that fast? creditcardcory
I did forget to mention if they were in my favor. Yes, Yes, and No. The Yes's were for address correction and spelling of name (bs stuff) the 3rd was sent back as already investigated.
Erika
Yep, same thing for me. I already got my CHOD results from Experian. I attempted some previously investigated's and they all came back within the freaking week "previously investigated".They must have brought in some temp help. Gryffindor
Maybe the difference is that this is the first time that I'm disputing these items (crossing fingers)!!I have 17 negative items on each report. DH has 5 negatives on each report. I've got a lot of work to do!
bluealex915
I was thinking the same thing, I allready got back a response letter from EX telling me that they could not access my credit file due to insufficiant identity information. I photo copied letters that I had received at my current address and even my license along with providing them with my social and previous addresses for the last two years. I sent this letter back to the ASAP so now they can start the 30 days all over again, no excuses this time.EQ got back to me really fast on two disputed trade lines. EQ verified the two trade lines so I wrote a PR letter really fast and sent it back to them on the 11th of this month. I think that if anyone gets a verified response back you should draft a PR letter and send it back fast. 15 days will still include Christmas and New Years so doing this you can still increase youe chances of success during CHOD. Don't just take the verified response as the final word, make them work for it.
