miracle
A long time client of mine came in who I knew worked for Lexington. She said that Lexington is filing a class action lawsuit against TU. She had no clue for what though.. Has anyone heard of this? I am wondering if it is over not investigating inquiries? Leadhead
Is filing or has filed and in what city?
miracle
Not sure.. sounds like "is filing" across the nation on behalf of the customers. I will believe it when I see it. She was in a hurry, I am going to pick her brain when she comes back in.
Gryffindor
If it's Lexington I'd bet it has to do with TU's frivilous letters.
CRDTNogood
I know of a Class Action in the works AGAINST LEXINGTON. It's being spearheaded by a top consumer attorney in LA I believe... I'll keep you posted once it's a done deal...

Josh Mcgrath
Last I read the same married couple filed a class-action suit aginst EQ TU AND EX for not stopping credit entries and informing them about fraud on their credit. I never thought it had any merit though.
CRDTNogood
They are being investigated currently, and the suit is over them VIOLATING the Credit Repair Organizations Act. They have illegal refund policies that affect Californians. That's all I know currently, but I'll keep you updated when it comes to fruition.
