cnoob Posted December 15, 2004 Report Share Posted December 15, 2004 Here's a hypothetical question:If you are suing an individual in federal court in Arizona, but you serve them by personal service in Nebraska, do they have to respond within 20 days or do they get 30 days (or more) because they were served out of state?How about a corporation?
