EQ respone

I mailed a dispute to EQ. They mailed a respone back saying they need to have more personal info. (ex. copy of dl, ss# etc). I disputed 2 accounts and so far 1 was deleted without me sending the requested info. (i checked pg and 1 account was deleted)

The send account was a dismissed chp. 13. Should I send the requested info?

I would not send them anything, remember that CRA's love to try and get that additional 15 days from consumers when they are having a hard time with a dispute. In my opinion wait it out, they had no problems with your other dispute but when it comes down to the other two now all of a sudden they need more personal info? Always be cautious of the " additional information " trick that they like to pull.
