LadynRed
WhyChat's Notification of SOL is a very good letter, I'd go with that one.
beju_moon
Thanx for the responses . I was under the impression collection agencies could still report debts past sol? I thought sol just meant you cant be sued for the debt?
retmar
That is true the SOL only refers to the filing of a suit. Yes, the information can be reported up to 7 yrs unless the state says different. As to the letter referenced, it is a very good one and has worked in the past for some. BUT, it does not work all of the time in getting items deleted from your CR. This includes me as it did not work for one of mine, which was the only one I challenged this way. Fortunately, I got it deleted another way. Therefore, don't hesitate to try it, but, at the same time, don't get your hopes up as to it being deleted.
