cbry77
Got a quick question. My wife and I were approved under the automatic underwriting for an FHA loan on November 29th. We found a house and close on it on Feb 25th. Will they pull our credit again before we close? I read on the FHA site that a report is good for 120 days. The reason why I am asking is because my wife received a letter from Sherman Acquisition as they have now purchased her account. There is nothing on her credit as of yet. I disputed the claim with in the thirty days the letter stated. I know that Sherman does not often play fair, and often reports to credit reports even during the DV. I was just curious if this would stop us from getting the loan. Since we got approved through the automatic underwriting with FHA will they pull another credit report? Thanks for all the help! firstsource
Of course anything can happen, but chances are that your lender won't pull the report again before you close. Charles
