To Send DV Letters with Disputes to CRA??

Hi:

I'm pretty new at this. I am currently disputing Collection accounts on Credit Reports that came back as verified.

First of all the CRA is reporting them as installment account.

Anyways, I sent DV letter to CA prior to disputing the first time, received no answer and the validated the debt.

I am now disputing again and sending follow up DV letter stating they are in violation of the FCRA, etc.

My question is, should I send copy of both letters to CRA in dispute.

I am planning to send these tomorrow so I would really appreciate any input.

Thanks

You don't have to....they probably wouldn't read them anyway. But I *would* send copies of your greencards to the CRAs, just to show YOU can't even get a response.

The CA is also in violation of the FDCPA if the account isn't marke 'in dispute'. Make sure you point that out, too.
