ggluvbug
i have yet another question. i did a search and didn't really find the question i have so here it goes:i just got back dispute results and a couple of things were verified. so i guess i need to do a prcedural request on them. one is cap1...some of you have read in another post of mine. the other is an old sears bankruptcy listing (trying to get all mention of bk removed so i can dipute the bk). i want to initiate the next round of my disputes since there is a little chod left. so, should i hold on the pr or do the pr and hold on the dispute, or should i do both at the same time? if i do both, should i do it on 1 letter or 2? i sent 2 letters to tu and they postponed by 15 days for "new info" so i am a bit worried about trying 2 letters. any help on this is greatly appreciated. miracle
I would work on one thing at a time. If you are planning on doing a PR, go ahead and send it but not with a new dispute. If you send them both in individually, you will get the letter that says they recieved more info and it will extend their investigation time by 15 days. If it were me I would send the PR and wait for those 15 days to be up, see what they say (or do not say) and go from there. If they send you the info (which is not likely) then you can send your next dispute at that point. If they don't respond send out another PR request... keep going through the process and all that good stuff. Good luck!
