coed27
Hello everyone,Okay, here goes , received a letter back from equifax on verifying(sic) a dispute from a buy here pay here lot that we got a car from. Now in the original letter I sent, I requested they submit to me their procedure on how they verified it. All they did was send me a "new" credit report with this: JACK !@# AUTOMOTIVE GROUP-ITEM VERIFIED-CONTACT CREDITOR FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. That is it What happened to my response? I really have to wonder if they sit around with their thumbs up their !@# all day Any suggestions for my next course of action would be greatly appreciated allie v. DocDon
You have to sue them. CRA's do not respond to procedural requests. There are dozens of posts relating to the exact same issue.
