yeah, I have dealt with them both. NCO bowed out and deleted my tradelines because they didn't validate. NCO even sent me a letter notifying me that they had contacted the CRAs telling them to delete the 2 tradelines. I was shocked to say the least! I checked my report and sure enough, the tradelines were gone!!! I think MedClear ignored my DV letter altogether. I am going to dispute once again with the CRAs and send a 2nd DV letter to MedClear demanding validation once again, then threaten to sue. Good luck with them!

Sent NCO a DV, in response, they sent me a letter stating that the referenced account was closed in their office. They went on to say that they have contacted the three major credit bureaus with their request to have the TL removed. However, because I didn't give them my SS number in my DV letter, they weren't sure it their request would be accurately processed. Funny, they didn't have any problems putting the item on my report.

Anyway, I disputed with the three Spawns of Satan and guess what? Experian: deleted. Equifax: deleted. Trans Union: VERIFIED.

Was going to send an Intent to Sue letter, but the hell with it. Just going to go ahead and sue.
