Romeol99
I ordered a medicine on a television ad that costed 150.00 and a day or 2 days later I called back and said no, to put the order on hold but and they said OK. However they still sent the medicine. They sent the medicine to a local farmacy. I told them that I put the medicine on hold but they won't accept, now they are making threats saying they will ruin my credit and take me to court of I don't pay. Yesterday a lawyer called stating that I have to pay or they will prepare a suit. Is all this true... They also said they got me recorded saying that I wanted the pill. Help.... I reside in the state of Texas, maybe it could help to answer my question.
DocDon
Wait a minute. You ordered prescription medication off the tv and it was delivered to a local pharmacy? Are you sure this wasn't some herbal treatment sold by some shill company? What lawyer called you? Who did you buy this from? First, that lawyer (if they really are a lawyer, needs to be reported to their State Bar Association and State Attorney General). Second, the company needs to be reported to the FTC and their State Attorney General.
Romeol99
It's natural medication. On tv they stated that they were from Canada but in reality they are based in Mexico. Do you know the addresses for State Bar and TFC and their State Attorney General? Do you have a sample letter I can send? Not a local pharmacy but I think their local store but I really don't know. They told me but their harrassments erased my short term memory. And I think the company hired a lawyer, or at least that's how it sounds.
DocDon
Contact the pharmacy and find out where exactly the item came from. I find it highly unusual that a pharmacy would accept such an item in the first place. Heral items are usually sent directly to your residence since they are not regulated by the FDA and do not require a prescription. There is no FTC or Attorney General in Cananda or Mexico. Need to find out if they have a location in the states.
