LearningCredit
I've disputed my paid in full student loans with the 3 major CRA's and it came back verified 3 times in the last 3 months with all 3 major CRA's. The loans do have negative payment history but have all been paid in full through consolidation. I've disputed as 'IN FORBEARANCE STATUS AND NEVER LATE.' What can I do to resolve this? I've even tried to dispute it as 'DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS' with Experian but they told me that they have difference amounts.Any suggestions??
morrow
Sometimes (and I know its hard) we just need to take a step back, gather our thoughts and give it a rest for a while. Otherwise we just tend to overwhelm ourselves with the whole credit repair fiasco and get stressed out. Give it a break for a bit.....then try again later. Guest jeeptravel
Morrow gives great advice. We all have meltdowns sometimes. After your break from it, might I suggest contacting the SL people instead of the CRA's? They might be able to take your dispute over the phone. They are really good about following the law.Good luck, I know it can be frustrating . . . but it does work out eventually.peacejt
