Need help with paid collection letter

I have two paid collection accounts that show "payment after chargeoff" and then one that says "settled." I have already wrote a letter to CA & CRA's and basically said we had an agreement for deletion upon payment. Everytime I recieve my CR, it usually says this will remain on your file for 7 years. Does anyone have a paid collection letter, something else has got to work!!! Thanks
