:?::?::?:

I recently DV'd a collection agency for 2 med bills that I aqquired over the past few years. I also started a dispute as not mine with EQ the only CRA that they are reporting to. My dispute is up on Jan 20th. well today I recieved a letter from hospital the only thing it was, was a print out showing my name with my patient #'s and the dates that I was seen and the amount's the same as CA's. Am I correct in saying this is not sufficent validation espically since it didn't even come from the collection agency. Also what would my next step be besides waiting on the results of the Disputes to come back. If the don't Validate do I need to send Copy's of DV letters and greencards to Equifax and demand the removal of them.

Thanks

You are correct, that's not good enough. Where's the liability agreement (that you're responsible to pay)?

The next step per the chart (see link above) is an intent to sue (the collection agency).
