Online dispute?

YOu can use the online method, just make sure you print the screen that shows that your dispute has been transmitted. Make sure it reflects the date. Usually, if you are following up on this with the CRA, you will need to do CMRRR. :) Good luck! -Jenn

Miracle is right. I do 90% of my disputes online. The last dispute I did with Certified Mail was during CHOD. The only thing to worry about with online disputing is making sure you print off the page that was submitted. In one instance, TU and CSC never responded to a request for investigation and I sent an ITS letter along with the printed "submitted page of proof" from their websites and they both deleted the entries that I disputed. I was convinced from that point on that it was proof enough. Good Luck! :wink:
