kaz4541
We got summons and we have been dealing with Plaintiff's attorney for a while. We have answered summons and complaint, interrogatories and notice to admit on 2 of our cards. This attorney has sent us 2 more notices on different cards so they are handling total of 4 of our cards. What are we expecting to happen to us next?! Do we have to go to court to fight? Should we try to settle with them?

kaz4541
I just got 3rd summons today by mail. This attorney has 4 of our accounts but so far we got 3 summons from them. I assume 4th one is coming anytime. It will be about $40,000 with total 4 accounts. Whats SOL? It will be about $50,000 with 2 more accounts that went to different collection agencies.
