exxo2
I have one on my reports from the year 2000 from Ford. I've disputed the heck out of it. Always gets verified.Mine "originally" had a deficiency balance but, then Ford got sued in a class action(Ford vs. Lowe) and had to eat the deficiency balance and marked my report to show a ZERO balance.I thought having a ZERO balance and it being about 5 years old would help when disputing it. But I haven't had any luck. I've disputed, wrote to Ford directly (and they responded) and everything. Seems nothing will make it go away. It's crazy because I was figuring that since there is absolutely no way for them to collect any money off that old account, that they wouldn't care if it gets deleted. But, obviously there is no way to get it off. But, if someone knows a way, please respond or even PM me.Thanks
adminppdotcom
I have one on my reports from the year 2000 from Ford. I've disputed the heck out of it. If this is the case, the repo itself was illegal, and it cannot be reported.I cant find the case....do you have any other info about it?
