bubblesbgood
I have recently paid an attorney for a debt i spoke with you with a while back i lost unfortunately, ok so the slimebucket collection agency was able to dupe me and get away with it. I am curious now that i have paid this debt in full, i have sent copies to the agencie's attorney, dmv and the county clerks office at the courthouse. i am curious how long does this attorney have to release the lien on my vehicle and to notify any credit reporting agencies? Recovering Attorney
normally liens have to be released in a certain amount of time - 10 days in NYS for judgments. Unless the atty reports to the CRAs. he has no obligation to do so. That you will have to take up with the reporter/furnisher of the information
