GolfinDave
I am about ready to file a small claims on a collection company. My question is when I win how do I get it removed from my credit file? They have no chance they are listing a noshow fee and I have my cell phone bill where I called them the day before. I would say it should be cut and dry but that courtroom does not fix Equifax files. Thanks
Leadhead
You need to file in a court (such as federal) that allows for injunctive relief. Telling either the CA or Equifax to remove the tradeline.

admin
I don't know about federal, but civil court would also be able to do injunctive relief:http://www.scstatehouse.net/code/titl15.htm
